Last night, we hit the "Green Carpet Gala" at The SPA & Wellness Center--NYC's first luxury green spa. Ladies in the NYC region, you must try this serene space--it offers a wide variety of treatments, from vegan mani/pedis to hot stone massages. Being a yoga addict, I also loved the movement studio, complete with an eco-friendly mosiac of the Buddha from a local artist. The pretty, peaceful space has walls that are insulted with recycled denim, recycled paper products and even uses antique trunks as lockers. It's the perfect place for guilt-free pampering. Since we were heading to the green carpet straight from the office--in a hybrid car, of course--a quick hair touch-up was in order.
